Preface to Really!

Introduction
Welcome to my collection of articles depicting research, viewpoints and commentary on a variety of topics from a logical, common-sense perspective. Many of these articles contain a bit of humor and meme quotes to emphasize points or demonstrate perspectives. The information is not intended to create animosity or inspire people to do radical things or harm others. Please use your power to vote for what is right.
The articles are meant to educate and invoke thought. They are not ordered in any specific order other that when topic notes were being acquired and researched.
Some of these topics invoke strong emotions, I am always open to hearing alternate perspectives on things when those perspectives have merit, and they make sense and are not simply subjective rants. I welcome different opinions and am open to exploring other perspectives.
Some topics may be interpreted as pet peeves. In some cases that may be a fair judgment. I attempt to be bipartisan; however, the facts are the facts I comment on them as I see them.
Most of the information provided in these articles is based on verified facts and significant effort has gone into eliminating biased opinions. There are many points that are purposely aimed at specific political parties or individuals, but this writing is not specifically aimed at favoring a party or an attempt to align the readers with a party.
Decisions and conclusions in these articles are made based on available information/data and may change based on additional information becoming available. Information found in these articles has been researched to varying degrees. It is possible that some facts were not discovered at the time, thus rendering some of the perspectives invalid. If one or more of the items in any of these articles ultimately turns out to not be completely true (debunked), that does not automatically invalidate the accuracy of the other items presented, much like if a few nails are removed from a house, it does not automatically condemn the dwelling. While considerable due diligence has been expending putting this information together, it is impossible to access all perspectives and information. With this concept in mind, understand that my commentary typically speaks from the majority or most probable perspective, but there are exceptions. Additionally, this principle applies to most aspects of our daily lives.
Rumors are carried by haters,
spread by fools,
and accepted by idiots.

Universal Truths
Never Say Never - Very few things apply 100% of the time. Exceptions are likely to exist for everything. For example, if someone is electrocuted in an accident, it is probable that they may die, but not always.
It Is What It Is - Whether we like it or not, sometimes the situations are what they are. No amount of spinning the facts will change it.
Research The Facts
I encourage everyone to research the facts. Especially if you are inspired, motivated, infuriated or otherwise curious about any of the topics that are included in the articles. It is human nature to be comfortable with opinions or rumors that are inline with existing beliefs, but often times this comfort is not aligned with the facts.
Mistakes and Omissions
Since we are all human and sometimes make mistakes and omissions, it needs to be understood that these articles may contain mistakes and omissions. It is the intent that the information be as complete and factual as possible, but that does not always happen. When inaccuracies are discovered, we will attempt to make the necessary corrections. In most cases, an article may be rereleased with updated information.
Disclaimer
I do not claim that all the information in the articles is my own original content. Much of the content is derived from information that I read or heard that either piqued my interest or caused be to say ‘Really!”.
